@eh5 tried, some websites follow and others don't, and there are different behavers between Firefox and Chromium… _(´ཀ`」∠)_

@detian Maybe you could tweak fontconfig or font configuration in your browser to have English fonts take precedence over CJK fonts (especially on character ’).

@eh5 then I don't know how to fix this, full-width character present in English text on many websites.

Other font like adobe-source-sans-fonts don't have such issue. (and in this font ’ “ ” are half-width)

@detian I guess that's the expected behavior. Chinese punctuation in Noto fonts also have full width.

I find some character like ’ “ ” will display as full-width, doesn't look great on some website, so I fixed it to half-width and created a new patch here: https://github.com/detiam/wqy-microhei-kr-patched-fixedquotationchar
