Fails to build because of using wrong version of openssl libraries. Fixed by installing openssl-1.0 and changing cargo build --release to OPENSSL_INCLUDE_DIR=/usr/include/openssl-1.0 OPENSSL_LIB_DIR=/usr/lib/openssl-1.0 cargo build --release in PKGBUILD.
