They have xjigsaw (which is freeware but closed-source, has some additional features) and xpuz (GPL license).

Unfortunately, the official download page has a captcha challenge, so it's impossible to download directly from them. That's why JeanLucj has kindly mirrored the GPL code of xpuz on GitHub.
