tinyxxd, a drop-in replacement of xxd, is now in extra.

Fix sha256sum for Makefile plz:

==> Validating source files with sha256sums...
    xxd-9.1.0006.c ... Passed
    xxd-9.1.0006.1 ... Passed
    xxd-standalone-Makefile ... FAILED
    xxd-LICENSE ... Passed
==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!
 -> error making: xxd-standalone-exit status 1
 -> Failed to install the following packages. Manual intervention is required:
xxd-standalone - exit status 1

It gives me:

$ sha256sum xxd-standalone-Makefile
7e9621ada1c17f6fae14e106a502642c8ad1ed3551beb2278b925d73c9f04159  xxd-standalone-Makefile

MD5 Checksum fails for xxd.1

xxd-standalone W: ELF file ('usr/bin/xxd') lacks FULL RELRO, check LDFLAGS.
xxd-standalone E: Missing custom license directory (usr/share/licenses/xxd-standalone)

The first can be fixed by adding $CFLAGS and $LDFLAGS, just like the upstream Makefile https://github.com/vim/vim/blob/master/src/xxd/Makefile.
