Overhaul packaging in compliance with Arch standards

* Drop extraneous conflicts, this is the main package, alternative
  versions should conflict with this bun not the other way around.
* Drop provides that is an exact match of pkgname
* Drop obsolete depends
* Remove install file that only does obsolete operations. All the things
  done are provided for with pacman hooks in other packages, and the
  message are completely unnecessary.
* Move to proper install location. Packman packges should never install
  things in /opt.
