At the moment, this package only provides the various .acl files under the project's /Acl directory. I don't fully understand what /Acl/china_ip_list.txt and /Acl/gfwlist-user.rule are used for and I personally don't use them, which is why they are left out.
However I'm open to including them if you can comment here and briefly tell me your use case.
