When I tried installing libreoffice, it automaticly selects the first available language pack (african), instead of prompting the user which one to install. Also, when trying to deselect african, it removes other libreoffice stuff like libreoffice-base too.

@jwhipp Both FT_Select_Size and FT_Library_SetLcdFilter should be defined in libfreetype.so.6 from the freetype2 package. However freetype2 is a package required by fontconfig which is required by qt package. So you already have them all. Maybe your libfontconfig.so.1 links against the wrong libfreetype.so.6 (e.g. an aur version in /usr/local/lib). So please post the output of: ldd /usr/lib/libfontconfig.so.1

@simone6192 I reinstalled both qt and fontconfig, but I am getting the same error. I should note I am using packer for my build and install attempt.

@jwhipp I don't think you are missing a dependency. It is a linker error for fontconfig and qt shared libs in your system. Try to update/reinstall fontconfig and qt.

When I try to install this with packer, I get the following build error: /usr/lib/libfontconfig.so.1: undefined reference to `FT_Select_Size' /usr/lib/libQtGui.so: undefined reference to `FT_Library_SetLcdFilter' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[2]: *** [appset-qt] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/tmp/packerbuild-0/appset-qt/appset-qt/src/appset-qt-0.7.1-sources/Qt/AppSet-Qt' make[1]: *** [sub-AppSet-Qt-make_default-ordered] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/packerbuild-0/appset-qt/appset-qt/src/appset-qt-0.7.1-sources/Qt' make: *** [sub-Qt-make_default-ordered] Error 2 ==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build(). Aborting... The build failed. Am I missing a dependency?

added 'qtwebkit' dependency. Thanks 'Zazzman'.

pleased add 'qtwebkit' to the list of dependencies, it would not compile until I installed this package.
