The PKGBUILD has largely been rewritten (only one line of consequence remains from the initial commit), and the current record does not show any direct involvement, so I am comfortable removing them from the list. Even if they were previously involved, they're far enough removed that I doubt they would want to receive emails about it. They're free to ask to be added back if they want to receive complaints and requests for fixes, despite not having had commit privileges for a decade.

Could it be from aur3? this is package that existed in these times.

They never had commit privileges, so technically not contributors to this package. They may prefer not to have their contact information distributed.

Why did you remove past contributors from PKGBUILD?

Please remove the out of date flag then.

@Marsed, sorry, I can't update non-VCS PKGBUILD to a untagged version. At least, I do not know how. Releases do not have such an archive to build the desired version. You can fork this version of PKGBUILD and make -git if you want. Or you can ask the @dottedmag to make new release.

@dimich: python-sgmllib3k added.

dimich commented on 2021-07-01 18:01 (UTC)

Requires python-sgmllib3k to work.

Needs beautifulsoup3.

You can get it with:

pacaur -S python2-beautifulsoup3

or

pip2 install beautifulsoup
