Everyone can now participate in the general package update process! The process is almost entirely automated, these are the necessary steps:

  1. Create an MR with your changes to the source repo (the beautyline folder contains the files of this repo)
  2. Wait for a maintainer to review and merge it
  3. Done! When merging, the PKGBUILD will automatically be deployed to AUR via the CI pipeline.

@MoonSwan you need to clear your cached sources in order to build this one. I'm really unsure why this happened in the first place, but this is your fix.

For a few weeks now I've been trying to build this package or update it, as the case may be. However, despite trying to do a manual clean build or using the yay application, I always get the same errors:

ERROR: /data/aur/sources/beautyline is not a clone of https://gitlab.com/garuda-linux/themes-and-settings/artwork/beautyline.git Aborting...

With Yay I get: -> error downloading sources: /data/aur/sources/beautyline context: error downloading sources: /data/aur/sources/beautyline context: exit status 1

==> ERROR: /data/aur/sources/beautyline is not a clone of https://gitlab.com/garuda-linux/themes-and-settings/artwork/beautyline.git

What can be done to fix this? Is it something in the PKGBUILD itself or upstream issues?

The update (20220212-1) today seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks to whomever sorted it.

I'm also getting this error and can't find anything pertaining to this, so apologies if I've not looked properly.

index.theme Shouldn't have 755 permissions? After installation I see this:
