I've adopted and rewritten this package for the new BD installer.

I got the same error as, Solarinas. From quickly skimming the github it appears between the old PKGBUILD (using a commit from 12th August, 2016) and the new (9th January, 2017) they've put in some sort of version detection. I actually fixed mine by just checking out the latest source entirely (deleting #tag=0.2.82 from the end of the source line). I am using canary if that's any help in figuring out the issue. Be interesting to know if people who use the normal discord app or ptb have the same issue.

Hey, with the new update I keep getting this error "BetterDiscord v0.2.8(your version) is not supported by the latest js(1.792)." I rolled back to your previous package and it works just fine. I also tested this on another machine and get the exact same error.

Finally got access to an arch machine. Updated to the last official 0.2.82 release and added support for -ptb and -canary. Should work, but poke me if something goes wrong and its obviously the pkgbuild's fault.

I don't think this has been implemented yet. Also, consider that discord allows parallel installation of all its three version when working on this. It might make more sense to just distribute this as a multi-package in three different versions. (I don't actually know how these work though.)

Are you sure that .install file checks which discord was installed? I think you forgot to commit it.

Good idea. I'm not at my PC currently, so it'll take a couple days though.

The .install file should do checks to see which folder out of /opt/discord, or /opt/discord-canary, or /opt/discord-ptb exist so it can install to the correct place.
