@cl3m3c7 They don't provide the download in the builder. If you can find it, I can make it available.

@sbrl Blender 4.2 just released that day, their download servers were overwhelmed. They removed the downloads temporarily (?), this package is currently broken.

hi, thanks for providing these packages <3. I want to create a PKGBUILD for 4.1 version (last version of EEVEE legacy) but no luck! Would you please provide a template for it? ^^

....It claims to have been redirected to https://cdn.builder.blender.org//download/daily/blender-4.2.0-candidate+v42.c7bcd1137fec-linux.x86_64-release.tar.xz, which if I enter it into my web browser (Firefox) works just fine as a download, but it doesn't seem to be able to connect via the script and instead just endlessly retries the download to no avail?

Using trizen 1.68. htop suggests it's using wget -nc LINK to download.

I think you are misunderstanding how it works. When you install it, it installs the very latest one. If you want to update it, just reinstall it. You can choose whenever. It updates daily, imagine if I were to spam updates everyday. You don't want that.
