@udf:

Why is coreaudioconnect commented out?

Ah...well, maybe...I'm going to go out on a limb here and say... because this isn't Windows?

the 32-bit version can be built with a couple changes

You missed a very important one. Go ahead and build on a 32-bit installation and see what happens. ;)

Either way, Arch does not support 32-bit and neither do I.

Why is coreaudioconnect commented out? It builds fine with the current version (the Makefile correctly doesn't try to build the component if wine isn't installed), additionally the 32-bit version can be built with a couple changes:

 prepare() {
   cd "$_pkgname-$pkgver"
   find . -type f -exec sed -i 's|/usr/local|/usr|g' {} \;
-
-  sed -i 's/FOLDERS += coreaudioconnect/#FOLDERS += coreaudioconnect/g' \
-    components/encoder/Makefile
 }

 build() {
   cd "$_pkgname-$pkgver"
-  make
+  make BUILD_X86=True
 }

 package() {
   cd "$_pkgname-$pkgver"
-  make DESTDIR="$pkgdir/" install
+  make BUILD_X86=True DESTDIR="$pkgdir/" install
 }

@kevku: Might want to actually look at the source array in the PKGBUILD before commmenting.

might want to change the download link to the release tar instead of the full 100MB+ git repo

Yay and pacman think that 1.0.6a is older than 1.0.6, so i suggest to rename it to something like 1.0.6.a (with dot before a).

(Probably pacman thinks that "a" means "alpha")
