Do not flag this package out-of-date.

It updates automatically on each install.

It seems that gconf is required (now?). At least I needed to install it, otherwise chromium would fail with: /opt/chromium-continuous/chrome: error while loading shared libraries: libgconf-2.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Build it. When you hear a peculiar clicking sound, that's your jaw dropping.

@Det isn't that out of date?

Ok, so?

I just tried to install the package and it seems the checksums are wrong... I got it working by changing them from : md5sums=('c0febff6875a5c700507d752647f8f4f' '6203259f7a8fe2fa55b64005a202828d' '537e0b52077bf0a616d0a0c8a79bc9d5') to : md5sums=('6203259f7a8fe2fa55b64005a202828d' '3f2bfd12b55b7153b60ad904207599dd' '537e0b52077bf0a616d0a0c8a79bc9d5')

No, like I said, there's a new build pretty much every hour [*]. You wouldn't want all of those anyway. Think of it as an hourly nightly. If you want specific releases, try chromium from [extra], or google-chrome(-beta/-dev) here in the AUR: - https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/chromium/ - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/google-chrome/ - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/google-chrome-beta/ - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/google-chrome-dev/ [*] Just compare the time stamps on: - http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-continuous/index.html?prefix=Linux_x64/330302/ - http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-continuous/index.html?prefix=Linux_x64/330306/ - http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-continuous/index.html?prefix=Linux_x64/330307/ - http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-continuous/index.html?prefix=Linux_x64/330308/ - http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-continuous/index.html?prefix=Linux_x64/330310/
