After installing this, CUPS reported nothing wrong when test page was printed but lo, it didn't print. https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1087994#p1087994 ...fixed it for me.

On my computer it was not enough; cups logs showed that /usr/local/bin/cifmp495 was failing because there was no libtiff.so.3. After installing libtiff3, everything works well.
