@igor-dyatlov: Strange, then it's on my end. I wonder why it can't pull that repo? Maybe a local CDN server issue? Who knows.

@yochananmarqos: Before I publish it, I'll test the package on my laptop. The package was built and installed. With two methods (makepkg -si & paru) Logs paru install: https://pastebin.com/qHgbbamB

gettext will be removed with the next release, some PKGBUILDs leave it...

@igor-dyatlov: Are you actually building to test before updating your packages? This fails to build right now as it can't pull resources required to build from this repo:

Not sure why as the repo exists.

There's no need to add packages in the base-devel group to makedepends() like gettext. I know you already know better.
