google-glog 0.7.0's header files began requiring some variables, so I had to add

    export CFLAGS="${CFLAGS} -DGLOG_USE_GLOG_EXPORT=1"
    export CXXFLAGS="${CXXFLAGS} -DGLOG_USE_GLOG_EXPORT=1"

in build() (I'm not familiar with python-build, so I did this way.)

The dep python-hydra has been changed to python-hydra-core please update.
