thank you so much for your help friend, you solved a problem for me!
My mistake, I did test building but I still had the old source package locally. Please pull and try again now.
thanks for your intervention but unfortunately there is still a problem:
==> Starting package () ...tar: data.tar.gz: "open" function failed: File or directory does not existtar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now==> ERROR: An error occurred in package (). The operation is about to be aborted ...
i really need this program for work, can you fix it please?
I've fixed the missing source.
hi, i have this problem: Failed to install package by 404 error: Failed to download https://apt.fury.io/flirc/flirc-3.25.3-amd64 is there any solution please?
Misses AUR dependency: readline6
Without readline6 installed, flirc_util will fail to run with error:
flirc_util: error while loading shared libraries: libreadline.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
OK that's great thanks.
Here you go: https://apt.fury.io/flirc/flirc-3.20.3-amd64
Just use:
source_x86_64+=("${pkgname}${_pkgver}_amd64.deb::https://apt.fury.io/flirc/${_pkgname}-${_pkgver}-amd64")
to fix the name of the file. I've tested both with file rename and without it and both work, so I'm not sure if the rename is needed here anyway.
That link won't work in a PKGBUILD. Also there is no 64bit version available there. If you can find it, give me a direct link to the binary.
