Is FSLViewer included in this package? After installation it doesn't look like FSLViewer is installed at all.

Thanks. It is now updated. In the future you can just flag the package without leaving a comment, and I will get to it. Or if you can provide the SHA1 sum of the source tarball and verify that it compiles fine, I can update the package immediately.

Hi. Thanks for this package. Would it be possible to update the package to use the new 5.0.2 sources? The link is this one: http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/fsl-5.0.2-sources.tar.gz Thanks, Jon

Updated in 5.0.0-3: Added patch for i686 (@carpenoctem) More careful string encapsulation to prevent sed from failing when there are spaces in the build path (hopefully fixes issue for @sftrydtry and @twistane)

Thanks cornholio! Now it compiles fine. Sorry if I've not sorted this out on my own but I was away till today. Now pacman complains because of conflicting files (/usr/bin/overlay, which is owned by mesa-demos). I'll look into it in the next days. Thank you again!

@carpenoctem Sorry, try this one instead (same spot): sed -i "s^-m64^^g" "${FSLDIR}/config/${FSLMACHTYPE}/systemvars.mk"

@carpenoctem Try adding this line after line 22 (which should say "fi"): sed -i "/ARCHFLAGS = -m64/d" "${FSLDIR}/config/${FSLMACHTYPE}/systemvars.mk" Let me know if it compiles after adding this to the PKGBUILD.
