genymotion: error while loading shared libraries: libQt5WebKitWidgets.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory This still occurs when trying to start genymotion. There are no files in /opt/genymotion/sqldrivers/

After yesterdays' system update and this new version I have a huge memory leakage when I start virtual device created in previous version. It opens and tried to load - I get the message "file trasfer in progress", virtual device starts loading, then it show starting screen then it restarts while constantly showing message "File transfer in progress". It does this in loop.

>> Simply remove that file and genymotion will launch (it'll just use the system's QT5 library instead). No, it will not use system system library: Dec 12 12:59:19 [Genymotion] [Warning] QSqlDatabase: QSQLITE driver not loaded Dec 12 12:59:19 [Genymotion] [Warning] QSqlDatabase: available drivers: Dec 12 12:59:19 [Genymotion] [Error] [Stats] Can't open database: QSqlError("", "Driver not loaded", "Driver not loaded") Dec 12 12:59:19 [Genymotion] [Warning] QSqlQuery::exec: database not open Dec 12 12:59:19 [Genymotion] [Warning] [Stats] SQLite error: QSqlError("", "Driver not loaded", "Driver not loaded") Correct way is to make symbolic link to system sqldrivers directory. https://gist.github.com/farwayer/e37ed9a1bd199857fe1c I replaced some old dependencies with new (Qt5) and removed some build in libraries (genymotion is using system libs now).

it's working. Thank @madmack

After a little debugging, the problem is in /opt/genymotion/sqldrivers/libqsqlite.so Simply remove that file and genymotion will launch (it'll just use the system's QT5 library instead).
