The official repo has new updates and also a MR for GNOME 46 that's working. I could send a diff with my fixes, although I'd like to be able to maintain the package if that's possible since I depend on it a bunch.

@vitor_hideyoshi Currently i am away from my arch machine, so i gave you a co-maintainer of this package so you should be able to use your branch until the upstream is able to merge it.

@amfern, the following branch will fix Gnome 45 support while mainstream doesn't merge a fix:

depends needs to be updated to 3.38 as well with what @Ult suggested.

Build was failing with error:

  -> Installing translations...
install: cannot stat 'ca//LC_MESSAGES/*.mo': No such file or directory

Fixed it by updating PKGBUILD:

-      install -Dm644 -t "$pkgdir/usr/share/locale/$locale/LC_MESSAGES" "$locale/LC_MESSAGES"/*.mo
+      install -Dm644 -t "$pkgdir/usr/share/locale/$locale/LC_MESSAGES" "$locale/LC_MESSAGES"/*.po

@XZS Can you update the PKGBUILD please?

According to this (https://github.com/mlutfy/hidetopbar/pull/167) the version <= check in PKGBUILD prevents extension from being installed and is no longer needed. The extension is still stable on higher versions.

The changes seem stable and as far as I can tell, the extension works well with the new gnome-shell version. So the package is now updated.

needs to be updated here in AUR; seems to be broken after a recent gnome shell update; on github it seems it's already been updated to fix that.
