Not building for me. It cannot find hl.h and millson's solution doesn't seem to help.

I had to append the following options to the hlextract gcc command in order for it to build hlextract. It didn't know where to find the library that was just built. -I"$pkgdir"/usr/include/ -L"$pkgdir"/usr/lib/
