Is it normal that the path mentioned in the service file mismatch the one in the PKGBUILD ?
The service try to exec
/usr/local/libexec/hyprpolkitagentBut the file is installed in
/usr/bin/hyprpolkitagentI think the service is meant to be run as a user unit so it must be install in
/usr/lib/systemd/user/
