You have to kill all still running jetbrains-toolbox instances and then restart it. Then it works for me.

Can anyone confirm that the application icon is not working with this package?

No it does not. This package only contains the /opt/jetbrains-toolbox folder and the /usr/bin/jetbrains-toolbox file.

This installs /opt/JetBrains with 777 permissions..

updated to latest AUR version but the toolbox says I can update 1.8.3678

when I rm -rf .cache/pacaur/jetbrains-toolbox and then use pacaur -Syu again

I update this package successful.

I think pacaur may have some bugs

It's sha512sum there and I have checked them thrice now.
