@frederik - hi. Could you add .desktop file? - no .desktop file in XFCE - thanks.

shouldn't 'glib2' be included as part of the install? jetbrains-toolbox E: Dependency glib2 detected and not included (libraries ['usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so.0'] needed in files ['opt/jetbrains-toolbox/jetbrains-toolbox'])

With the version 1.3.2421-1 the workaround with modifying the LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not possible anymore. share/jetbrains-toolbox/jetbrains-toolbox: relocation error: /usr/lib/openssl-1.0/libssl.so: symbol EVP_idea_cbc, version OPENSSL_1.0.2d not defined in file libcrypto.so.1.0.0 with link time reference After removing the .toolboxrc, it works fine.

My preferred method of installing IntelliJ Ultimate. Takes care of the JDK for you.

A very poor written piece of software. Unusable, garbage, don't waste your time with this.

As suggested by bugbuster here and Hoachen Tong on upstream, the workaround at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/ALL-1486#comment=27-2059829 seems to work perfectly for me too!

Reference to the jetbrains bugtracker https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/ALL-1486 Haochen Tong's workaround is working for me

Maybe it's related to recent bump of openssl in testing repository

I have the same problem. I do not know how to solve it :(
