I have "signature is missing error" for your key in repo now. Can't fix. I do on fresh system: 

sudo rm -rf /etc/pacman.d/gnupg
sudo pacman-key --init
sudo pacman-key --populate
sudo pacman-key --refresh-key
sudo pacman-key --recv-keys BBFE2FD421597395E4FC8C8DF6C85FEE79D661A4
