@lgdsgd: The choice of the mirror used for download is performed by SF server; the command-line scripts used standard by the packaging logic do not posses the necessary abilities to select the fastest SF mirror. In the browser there are a number of JS methods that allow for the best mirror to be selected.

I use the browser to download very fast but very slow in command line.

⚠ INFO: We had to switch to SourceForge for retrieving the binaries.
Unfortunately, the bandwidth will not always be satisfactory - so the download time could be 20x longer. Plan your updates accordingly.
