invalid "Path" in .desktop file

Path=.local/share/mcpelauncher/minecraftpe

needs to have a "~/" before .local

otherwise works fine

Fix can't Login Google, or Xbox Live. (Fixed v0.3.4-688)

Run in Terminal

QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS="--no-sandbox" /usr/bin/mcbelauncher
