i got the package to build by installing as root (if using sudo, use sudo -i and remove SUDO_USER and SUDO_UID env var). Sorry for the multi-post :) I'm still open to a proper way and, btw i use yaourt to build my package.

microchip-mplabxc8-bin 1.00-4: For using MPLAB_XC8 with MPALB_X (microchip-mplabx-bin >= 1.10-3 https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=55048 ), there is no need to manually download and install toolchainXC8 plugin any more.
