The LICENCE file is installed twice. Here is a patch that fixes the PKGBUILD:

When you update the package, you might want to add these lines as well

  • install -D -m0644 basic_passwords.txt ${pkgdir}/usr/share/mysqltuner/basic_passwords.txt
  • install -D -m0644 vulnerabilities.csv ${pkgdir}/usr/share/mysqltuner/vulnerabilities.csv

No manual, tough debian has a manual for mysqltuner.
