Made a PKGBUILD for 1.6.2 which works for me. https://pastebin.com/QRWBJ1v1 I have not checked for dependencies that are installed on my system but not specified in the PKGBUILD.

Please update it to 1.6.2

Latest version (1.6.1) doesn't compile for me with gcc. I had to use clang. The PKGBUILD I made and used: http://pastebin.com/gc1ePTDv EDIT: use "http://www.openfst.org/twiki/pub/FST/FstDownload/${pkgname}-${pkgver}.tar.gz" instead for the url. "http://www.openfst.org/twiki/bin/viewfile/FST/FstDownload/${pkgname}-${pkgver}.tar.gz;rev=${pkgrel}" has a different checksum for some reason.

http://distfiles.macports.org/openfst/openfst-1.5.2.tar.gz This link worked. Had to calculate checksum and also change version number.

The link is getting timed out.. Just keeps loading forever.

Please update it to 1.5.4

They do revisions on the source package. I'm going to reflect that in the PKGBUILD.

The sha256 checksum in the PKGBUILD has failed twice for me (two separate install attempts separated by >24 h). Going to the openfst website and substituting the sha1 checksum listed enabled me to try and build the package.

Add /usr/lib/fst to ld.so.conf and fix python option.

@buggs: Disowned it. Just grab it.
