At this moment Literata font family has not been released under a free license, moreover the current license is unknown since it's being distributed only as part of the proprietary Google Play Books app for Android.

  1. That's not a true conflict.
  2. Apparently you don't know the meaning of "replaces" in the context of packages. It is against the AUR submission guidelines with special exception for renames. Since both TTF and OTF packages are still in the repo, neither is a rename of the other, so the exception does not apply.

@xiota, two things

  1. Apparently, you don't understand how fonts work. It is a serious malpractice to have to different formats of the same font family with the same for internal identifiers. You use only one. These days TrueType or CFF in an Open type container.

  2. I know what I'm doing, 35 years using high end text and word processing software to write my own and edit others publications ain't a drop in the bucket, kiddo.

Please remove replaces directive, in accordance with AUR submissions guidelines.

Conflicts is not necessary. TTF and OTF do not inherently conflict.

Thank you very much for the pkg. I fear the download URL add the "maybe" IP/time/"or else" in the apk : I got a different b2sum for two successive download.
