Nevermind. I had my previous error because I had manually updated Drupal/Sniffs and I had extra files. I deleted those files and the update worked fine.

I cannot update with Yaourt. Updated to 7.x-2.1, seems to work well with current phpcs. Thanks for the feedback.

It appears that 2.1 is released, and includes this fix - URL/md5 at https://drupal.org/node/2156611

Because of this issue (https://drupal.org/node/2149243) I had to update to the development version of coder. Probably the development tarball should be used for this package until there is a release with the fix for this issue.
