I should probably also depend on libcanberra as well.

Notification sound doesn't work without python-gobject package. Maybe you should add it as a dependency.

Manjaro KDE 20.02 fresh installed (Operating System: Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.76.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.9.11-3-MANJARO OS Type: 64-bit). Plasma5-applets-eventcalendar 71-1 crash plasmashell. Black screen with cursor after PC restart. The issue was caused by Event Calendar and removing it solves the problem.

I cannot resize. After reboot, the size is always the same as before

Gonna need to be more specific. Installed Arch in a VM and it works.

For now, open krunner with Alt+F2. Run konsole. Then uninstall the widget.

After today's system update wiget has now bugs. When date format is day, time, time formt is in weirdly small font, different from day and with maximized windows, the time is obscured by some weird, thick shadow.

This is my pacman log and somewhere there is a package that caused this:

For those of you still experiencing issues with the widget even after having applied the v66 update and having restarted plasmashell, removing the widget from the panel and readding it fixes the issue.

I am experiencing system crash with this applet with kernel 4.19.x I think the problem is kernel not plasma, since all is fine with bfq kernel 4.18.x Removing it fixed the problem. I hope for a solution, since I like it!

Thanks to you Chris for amazing plasmoid!

Zren commented on 2018-09-06 05:08 (UTC)

Thanks for originally setting the package up XavierCLL. If all I need to do is update the md5 + version number, then I can do it.

XavierCLL commented on 2018-09-06 04:28 (UTC)

I disown this package for whoever wants to maintain it

Hi @blackhole, the issue tracker is

blackhole commented on 2018-03-24 10:41 (UTC)

There is a bug somewhere, even if I deselect Holidays under Plasma calendar plugin, holidays are shown and also repeated many times

XavierCLL commented on 2018-03-16 14:01 (UTC)

thanks @zren, adjusted.

Zren commented on 2018-03-16 07:46 (UTC)

v54 uses git tag v54 instead of the eventcalendar-53 pattern.

Zren commented on 2018-01-17 08:46 (UTC)

v52 and onwards has moved the source to it's own repo:

@XavierCLL,Sorry, it works again today (and the gamail plasmoid too). I don't know what happened yesterday...

XavierCLL commented on 2017-06-22 03:30 (UTC)

Hi @hopimet, I am not the developer only the maintainer of the aur package, if you have some problems with the plasmoid, report it in the github issues

hopimet commented on 2017-06-21 21:18 (UTC)

Maybe they have modified something in gmail. The calendar cannot be obtained with the plasmoid today. I have the same problem with the gmail plasmoid for the mailfeed (that's why I think the problem is related to gmail). The weather report is ok.
