This package uses incorrect naming. The prefix for plasma themes should be "plasma5-themes". See KDE package guidelines.
Consider renaming the package or make a deletion request.

I have the package plasmasur-dark-kde-theme-git and this was the old name of the theme. You already created a package for the new name so I will submit a request to delete my package. Can you add a replaces=(plasmasur-dark-kde-theme-git) to your PKGBUILD?
