If not, I will gladly push your new PKGBUILD as it is, but at this point, I am taking credit for work that is not mine and am an unnecessary middleman.

@fauxmight: This only requires python-setuptools to build. It appears the upstream issue is resolved now.

@fauxmight: The extra packages are required until the python-icalendar issue is resolved.

EDIT: python-icalendar will be optional I believe, so that should be fine.

@yochananmarqos How about optdepends (already modified here), considering this appears to be a resolvable issue upstream that has not been resolved yet

Missing dependencies on python-pytz and python-tzlocal, see the setup.py:

install_requires=['vobject', 'lxml', 'requests', 'six'] + extra_packages,

extra_packages = ['pytz', 'tzlocal']

After flagging as out of date, I noticed that you are downloading the source from PyPI. It seems to be lagging behind github:
