@MarsSeed apologies for missing your comment (almost a year ago). I updated the package to be square with the non-VCS one in extra, in the process removing the Python 2 package and making this package conflict with the non-VCS package.

Hi,
I suggest that you drop the python2- subpackage, as Python 2 itself is EOL for more than 2 years now, and this code fully supports Python 3.
