I chnged my /etc/makepkg.conf to -J4. It took almost two hours, working all my kernels with 100% (i3). Mammamia! Thank you for good advices.

Thanks to LKHN for tips #1 and #3: 55 mins the total time for building up on a 4 cores Intel I3-4330 and 3.5 Mb ram... :)

I quit the install after a little over an hour. After I saw the comments here I decided to run it overnight, I have no idea what the total run time was. I'am get this error while build /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lGL $ ldconfig -p | grep GL libGL.so.1 (libc6,x86-64) => /usr/lib/nvidia/libGL.so.1 libGL.so.1 (libc6) => /usr/lib32/nvidia/libGL.so.1 libGL.so (libc6,x86-64) => /usr/lib/nvidia/libGL.so libGL.so (libc6) => /usr/lib32/nvidia/libGL.so

@spsf64 : Sorry if I over-reacted. First step can be done with yaourt -G too. Too bad yaourt seems to be on a slow pace for nearly a year now :(

@fredbezie calm down... I just pointed a "suggestion" I DO use yaourt a lot, but in "MY" case it did not work for this package... makepkg worked fine, took about 25mins. Thanks for maintaining this package Edit I deleted my previous post by accident, the suggestion was: Download snapshot, makepkg -crs, pacman -U

@spsf64 : just read this before falling into "Yaourt is evil" crap https://archlinux.fr/yaourt-en "Get a PKGBUILD (support splitted package): yaourt -G" Time needed ? 30 seconds to find out. How long, indeed. By the way, I'm a 9 years long archlinux user, using without problems yaourt since 2010...
