updated homepage and now installs to baseq3 rather than cpma

I also think that the maps should be installed in baseq3. Otherwise I can't use them in other mods. Even the package description says they are usable anywhere.

http://amph.se/CPMA just redirects to http://eu.promode.ru, which seems to be the new international CPMA homepage.

I was the one who originally proposed to install the maps into the baseq3 directory and I still think they should be there: The maps themselves are not CPMA specific at all. They can be played with basic Q3A or other mods like OSP or Excessive Plus. You might want to add a short comment to the PKGBUILD explaining the decision of putting them in baseq3. This will prevent further forgetting and confusion.

fixed curl issue by explicitly defining DLAGENTS

If you are unable to retrieve the maps when running "makepkg", use "wget" to get the tarball.

The maps should install to cpma/ not baseq3 as well
