It seems that ros-melodic-rostest was somehow removed again from the makedepends

I confirm that the package builds only if ros-melodic-rostest is present. I think it does not appear on the wiki because it is not a dependency for running it, but for making it (therefore should be added in the makedepends section of the PKGBUILD)
