After Sep. 15 Version, Python.h is not found, if one has python3.8 not installed

Package fails with ros-melodic-roslz4-1.14.3-0.tar.gz ... FAILED ==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check! Error downloading sources: ros-melodic-roslz4 Please update _pkgver_patch to _pkgver_patch=1

I get the following error:

CMake Error: The source directory "/home/sebastian/.cache/yay/ros-melodic-roslz4/src/ros-melodic-roslz4" does not appear to contain CMakeLists.txt. Specify --help for usage, or press the help button on the CMake GUI.
