I will bump the pkgver as a result of this... upstream hasn't pushed a commit since 16-March which explains the behavior.

@hexchain - None of the suggestions on the wiki work for this package: ==> ERROR: pkgver is not allowed to contain colons, hyphens or whitespace. ==> ERROR: pkgver() generated an invalid version: fatal: No names found, cannot describe anything.

Also, would you please make use of the dkms.conf in the original repo to create a -dkms package?

Could you please change pkgver() according to https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/VCS_package_guidelines ? The output of git describe is not an increasing sequence.
