The package is available in chaotic-aur repo
You can add chaotic-aur repo for the prebuilt package

It looks like the driver itself is broken since yesterday. Would it be possible to change the source of this package to the last working commit? https://github.com/lwfinger/rtw88/commit/98e63c92e1f52d7cf6235c5069ac8a085a4830dc

On the RTL8821CE adapter the 5 GHz networks work flawlessly while the 2.4 GHz ones have weak signal strength and quality that degrade rapidly when increasing the distance from the access point.

This driver has weak reception of 2.4 GHz wifi on the RTL8821CE adapter. It works great with 5 GHz.

Reminders:
If your USB wifi adapter is in CD-ROM mode, you need to use the command
usb_modeswitch
oreject
to switch it to "Wi-Fi Mode" first. Before installing this package, make sure your system has the corresponding kernel headers and the package
base-devel
installed. You have to manually blacklist or remove any conflicting drivers installed except the in-kernel rtw88 driver.
Experimental support for RTL8814AE chip (device id: 10ec:8813) was added, please test and report here if you have this card, thanks.
