@bionade24 Seafile client and server require Ccnet-server which uses python2. Seafile server is not yet stable in python3. I will make the change when all the components are stable

All seafile packages can be built against python3, please change it. It really annoys that you don't do that.
@mqs It would take the maintainer <5 minutes. I made it for myself.

@Maintainers what is your take on python3 support? If I read https://github.com/haiwen/seafile/issues/2112 correctly, it should work already. Did you test it and when do you want to switch?
(I know that that's a bit of work, so I'm fine with python2 staying for a while longer but at some point we probably have to switch)

The checksum for the seafile archive has changed again. It's currently: 02a2b170e846360d5faa0a9251f017d917a309c7d97b1822b9dac7b90e74a558
If it changes again, find the downloaded archive in the .cache/{your_aur_helper}/seafile and do a sha256sum on the current archive file and paste it into the PKGBUILD.

7.0.3 requires a new dependency python2-future, or seaf-cli status fails.

@tovo, yeah...apparently the sha256 sum of the https://github.com/haiwen/seafile/archive/v7.0.2.tar.gz changed again, to: 2424b303fa826321affad0f23341ac46ca085c895f3d6e1345e9b43dc13c2ab3
So this has to be updated in the PKBUILD file. I changed it myself in pamac, before clicking install (or 'apply') then it builds.

Hi folks,
I'm trying to install seafile 7.0.2-1 as a dependancy of seafile-client but it fails with the following message:
==> Validating source files with sha256sums...
seafile-7.0.2.tar.gz ... FAILED
libseafile.in.patch ... Passed
seaf-cli@.service ... Passed
==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!
==> ERROR: Makepkg was unable to build seafile.
It seems that the archive signature is wrong. How to fix it?
