I've updated the source links since ubuntugames does not seem to provide the game anymore. I discovered that mods are actually working with the Linux version, you just need to make sure that all files are lowercase. I've provided two scripts to ease the renaming process. Example: $ renamelowerrec ~/.sorr/mod/games

Hello Ambrevar, Thank you and I apologize for putting the package ".deb", deleted this comment. This 64-bit, all 32-bit libraries needed in the "bennugd". No need to install 32-bit libraries on 64-bit architectures.

By the way there is no 64-bits build of this game (even though that may be doable since bennu is open-source, but it's quite a pain to maintain).

Thanks for pointing out the change in the URI (even if that was not your primary intention). I've updated the package accordingly which includes patch 5.0a for real this time. I've also improved the launcher to make it more reliable in case of update. @coringao: you may not be aware of it, but Arch Linux is not related to Debian in any way. The *.deb files are rather useless for this distribution.

Linux x86 port of the game. Everything but the mod support seems to run fine. Streets Of Rage Remake has been re-added to the UbuntuGames.org repository list. http://www.ubuntugames.org/action/games/sorr (Brazilian-Portugese Language) The launcher was really crappy, so I rewrote it. The game has no native support for user environment variables (like XDG): savegames and mods are loaded from its installation folder, which is quite inconvenient on Unix systems. I modified the launcher so that it starts from the $HOME/.sorr folder (configurable), where 'savegame' and 'mod/games' will be stored.
