Upload a new package called systemd-numlockontty and ask on the AUR mailing list to merge the comments and votes.

Hi, Dont forget to run the command # systemctl enable numLockOnTty This is my first contribution to the AUR, I just worte a .service file who do the thing described here https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Activating_Numlock_on_Bootup#Console This dont use deprecated files from the old initscript ;-)
