@ido or you could simply use https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/teamviewer-beta/ Last changelog entry for linux mentions fixed security issues, so feel free to test it :)

Without changing anything, since teamviewer 13 a desktop environment/login with display manager like lightdm/sddm/gdm is required.
