It appears that you can now download precompiled generic linux binaries from influxdata. Any reason to continue building from source?

It would be cool, if there is a Implementation as service (systemd). Any plans? Ups, i see :D Would it be in offiziell Repo (on long time)?

User is created without home causing shadow service to fail.
