A new version has been released as per 2019-08-13 causing invalid checksums again.

Any news here? Still broken due to wrong MD5. Thanks!

The acrotex package has a new release as of 2018/08/16 so the installer no longer works -- package validation fails.

Also, found in the manual:

Unpacking the distribution. The whole distribution can be unpacked by latexing acrotex.ins. (The other *.ins files are the installation files for the individual packages, acrotex.ins is the combined installation file.)

So I guess you don't need to latex other *ins files.

I updated the version after @dreieck informed me it's out of date. It should work fine now.

Dreieck, i think you missed the latest PKGBUILD somehow, as it should download texlive-acrotex-2018.03.22.zip.

Fails to verify the checksum:

==> Validating source files with md5sums...
    texlive-acrotex-2017.09.06.zip ... FAILED
==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check

Sorry for the inconvenience, fixed.

I'm getting a failed checksum on the zip file.
