@jgwak I contacted KOPUS and they told me they are blocking access from America. Because there were many hacking attacks from american IP address.

@OctopusET Try taking snapshot on Internet Archive: https://web.archive.org/save/https://www.kopus.org/biz-electronic-font2/ I confirm that it gives 403.
