Unfortunately, at this moment, the upstream (kopus.org) is down and there is no way anyone can download this font. For now, I am unflagging out-of-date since this is not an out-of-date issue, unresolvable, and hopefully a temporary technical issue. Please feel free to re-flag the package if the upstream is back alive and this package doesn't work. If I do not see any hope of upstream coming back up, I will later request to delete this package.
